When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Carrier transit time is additional. Shipping time varies by destination and service, and international orders can be affected by customs processing. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

What does shipping cost?

  • United States: standard shipping is $5, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of $40 or more.
  • Canada: the standard international rate is $10.
  • United Kingdom and other supported international destinations: the standard international rate is $20.

These rates are in USD. Checkout confirms available destinations, services, discounts, taxes and the final total for your address. Any available expedited carrier services are shown separately at checkout. Read our shipping policy.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Our current policy is that all sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at bernita@bernitanana.com, including your order number and a photo. Read the full refund policy.

How do I build a gift set?

Choose the fabric prints you want, adjust quantities, and leave unwanted products unselected or set their quantity to zero. Use “Add another print” to mix designs, then review your total before adding the set to your cart.

Are the props included?

Accessories only. Books, notebooks, pens, glasses, tissues, lip care and tea shown in photographs are not included. Fabric placement and colors may vary slightly from photographs.
